You can now view or download and deploy one of the first real enterprise JavaFX application. We took the popular Seam booking demo application and created JavaFX UI for it. The JavaFX side is connected to Seam via Flamingo RIA framework. View online You can view and run the application by going to this URL: http://demo.flamingo.exadel.com/booking/. You will also see JSF/RichFaces and Flex versions of the application. All instances are connected to the same Seam back-end. Once you register, you can use the same name/password information to login using any other user interface.

We have released Exadel JavaFX Studio plug-in for Eclipse version 1.0.2 . The biggest feature in this version is error markers in the editor. Previously the compiler would run and report the errors in standard Eclipse console but wouldn’t put error markers in editor. How to get started? Ajax4jsf has turned one and what a year it has been. It was an amazing ride for all of us here at Exadel. The popularity of Ajax4jsf is evidenced by the size of the community, available resources, examples, blog entries, and articles. Also, a significant number of organizations today use Ajax4jsf in production. Ajax4jsf is an open source extension to JavaServer Faces (JSF) that adds AJAX capability to JSF applications without requiring the writing of any JavaScript. So, after wishing Ajax4jsf and those who have worked on it a heartfelt 'Happy Birthday,' let's take the time to reflect on this whirlwind of a year.
